Managed and led 3 gender-focused charity projects, benefiting over 1,000 children. Designed and conducted qualitative and quantitative research on gender awareness. Facilitated international collaboration and communication efforts for GDS, leading negotiations with key stakeholders such as the EU-China Delegation and Irish Aid.

Responsible for news video editing of global breaking news from first-hand footage to published videos meeting journalistic standards in short delivery cycles. Covered significant international stories including the Queen’s death, the war in Ukraine and global inflation. Collaborated with an international base of colleagues co-producing content. Wrote 60+ scripts/news copies per month used by Reuters clients across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Freelance Journalist
ABC, BBC, NBC, RFI, FD...
Contributed as a multimedia journalist to NBC news, Het Financieele Dagblad, and Radio France Internationale’s China bureaus. Pitched and executed original story ideas for BBC with angles and topics of the stories as a freelance broadcast journalist on its world news planning team. Contributed to the reporting of ABC News by researching and gathering statistics, reports, and archives for reporting.
